Learning about Watercolor

Julie Eastman taught watercolor classes for six years (2000-2006) at the Sertoma Arts Center in Raleigh, North Carolina and for two years (2006-2008)  at Central Carolina Community College in Pittsboro.  She is currently taking a break from teaching to focus more time on her painting.
